This and that

Maybe it’s the way I played it,

Maybe it was meant to be,

But I never really made it

More than half way up the tree.

Jack of all trades I’ve been,

Master of none.

Though now I look back,

And when all’s said and done,

Never really making it

Was a hell of a lot of fun.
