lf only I could talk to my old dad
Give him a hug,
Tell him how sorry I am
For being such a bugger,
Sorry for the things I said

l’d like to have told him
The things I had in my head,
The things I wish l’d said,
The things l wanted to say.
But life’s too bloody short,
