Who’s in love with their mobile phone?
~ Alan
True Love
We met in a Carphone Wharehouse.
I went there to update my phone,
When I saw standing there in a corner,
Standing completely alone,
This ravishing, radiant beauty,
The most beautiful I ever have known.
And it was love, love, love at first sight,
It was love, love, love that was right.
It was love every day,
It was love every night.
Now we’re always together, I love her so much.
And she glows like the sun at my fingertips, touch.
Now it’s true there are millions of cynics who say
That love, like a fever, burns out in a day.
Well they’ll soon change their story the moment they see
We’re still madly in love when we’re old and we’re grey –
My very own,
Mobile Phone,
And me.
